Part 1: Friday July 20 (coffee +concert)
We'll meet at 3539 Boulevard Lasalle for coffee at "Lefebvre & Filles Bouchees De Bonheur" at 6pm. This small yet charming place will close at 7pm sharp. At that time we'll walk a bit to my place for a Cello concert. If possible, please bring something to eat/drink to share.
About the concert:
Clara Shandler, http://www.couchsurfing.org/people/clara.shandler/
the Sidewalk Cellist (my surfer), is ripping classical music out of the concert halls and throwing it into the streets. From Bach to Nirvana, this cellist shows that classical instruments are for so much more than just sonatas and concertos! Check her website! http://www.sidewalkcellist.com/
Bring some booze if you want. OPEN DONATIONS.
