Acting skills are an asset for everyone, as they are powerful tools for deepening ones understanding of oneself and human nature in general. Not just in theory, but by experience.

They strenghten communication and presentation skills and give insight into behaviourismns.

They also help for being relaxed, authentic and centered when relating to others.

The workshop in Cape Town on the 2nd & 3th of february is a wonderful introduction into American and European actor training, suitable for both beginners, who want to discover their skills and professionals who want to enhance them and learn new methods on their ongoing journey of artistic growth.

In a fun and relaxed enviroment-you will laugh a lot!-you will able able to try out various methods actors are trained in: acting exercises by various known directors and practitioners, improvisation, voice & speech, text analysis, creation of a part, dance, body work, group energy exercises, creative exercises, imagination, creating of a small performance etc.

The workshop will be held by the austrian actress/ director/ writer / actingcoach Corinna Lenneis, who was trained at the famous Guildford School of Acting in England and has worked internationally sucessfully ever since.
