Consider this a work camp, where people meet to practice meditation together.
No matter what tradition you come from or what your experience level may be:
Everyone is welcome.
Today we are doing two short Kundalini Yoga Meditations, followed by a 20 min silent sitting.
The Kundalini Meditations are as taught by Yogi Bhajan.
The first is for 'Self-Regeneration'; the second is for 'Projection & Protection from the Heart'
We will keep praticing these meditation in the following sessions.
The silent meditation is done without any further instructions.
Call (0176) 5390-5921 when you are at the door, so I can let you in. Please let us know beforehand, if you are running late. Once the meditation starts, the phone will be off.
We can´t hang out after the meditation anymore, because we started a study group. But please feel free to come at 4pm and have some tea.
