Consider this a work camp, where people meet to practice meditation together.
No matter what tradition you come from or what your experience level may be:
Everyone is welcome.
Today we are doing two short Kundalini Yoga Meditations, followed by a 20 min silent sitting.
The Kundalini Meditations are as taught by Yogi Bhajan.
The first is for 'Self-Regeneration'; the second is for 'Projection & Protection from the Heart'
We will keep praticing these meditation in the following sessions.
The silent meditation is done without any further instructions.
Afterwards you are welcome to stay for some tea.
Please call (0176) 5390-5921 when you get there, so I can let you in. Also, please let us know beforehand, if you are running late. Once the meditation starts, the phone will be turned off.
