It might be a shame as being a local guy and not organizing a dinner on Turkish Cuisine. Let us start with the international one.

Everyone cooks his meal and brings it to the table along with a wine.

The upcoming event that I’m about to announce would be cosmopolitan gastronomy. As usual, it’s all about food and wine, experiment and inspiration, and sharing and appreciating.

Theme: seasonal, sustainable and modern cooking

Dishes must be made with local produce in season.

Cheesy Broccoli Soup with Roasted Corn
Moussaka, the greek version
Asian Purple Cabbage and Brussels Sprouts Slaw
Dessert with fried fig
Wine

Red wine braised beef on the bed of roasted vegetable
Grilled haloumi and bulgur with sala verde

Wine pairing: TBD - I will try to find a bottle of Shiraz and Grenache or Petit Verdot since the food isn’t that meaty.

So people who are interested in the event should submit a menu and wine list to be accepted for the event.

Then we will discuss and make some changes, if needed, according to people's preferences as we go.
