The upcoming event that I’m about to announce would be cosmopolitan gastronomy. As usual, it’s all about food and wine, experiment and inspiration, and sharing and appreciating.
Theme: seasonal, sustainable and modern cooking
Dishes must be made with local produce in season.

Moussaka, the greek version
Asian Purple Cabbage and Brussels Sprouts Slaw
Dessert with fried fig

Red wine braised beef on the bed of roasted vegetable
Grilled haloumi and bulgur with sala verde
Wine pairing: TBD - I will try to find a bottle of Shiraz and Grenache or Petit Verdot since the food isn’t that meaty.
