Back by popular demand: let's start with Korean food and take the night from there...

So, one more Saturday night of great company, food, drink, music, and whatever we feel like… totally informal. And by all means, this is not just for the people who are in the active Mexpat / CS inner circles. ;) If you don't know anyone, that's even better. :) Usually about half of those who come are new: recently arrived expats, Mexicans returning from overseas, travellers…

We meet at 7 pm for Korean food at a great and cozy (and cheap) Korean restaurant in Zona Rosa (one block south from the Angel of Independence). Then we take it from there: food, bar-hopping, live music, whatever we fancy (and it's informal so we don't have to stick together either). We usually have a ratio of people with cars of one to three or four, so we can also change area, maybe go to Coyoacán, or Condesa / Roma, or whatever. If you can’t make it for dinner, call later to find out where we are :)

If you have transport problems, please call so someone might pick you up. There should be no problem dropping you unless you live really far.

Estimated cost: 150-200 pesos per person. Important: because of the nature of Korean food (i.e sharing lots of things), people have to agree to split the bill evenly. It's just not possible for each to pay for what he/she has ordered. Last time due to problems with billing, the restaurant even threatened they would not receive us again. So this time we agreed with them that I will be responsible for the bill, which means I will share the bill evenly and you can pay me your part (or pay it to the restaurant if you wish to use your credit card). If you have a genuine problem with this because you expect to eat very little, please let me know separately and we’ll see how to figure something out.
