From Prince Edward MTR Station exit A, turn right, walk two blocks down - you'll go pass Bank of China, BEA, Wellcome, then a flyover and a 7-11. Keep walking ahead then the next block is Poplar Street, the bar is on your right side and it has a big white lightbox.
