Hey all :)

NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE NEEDED! All levels welcome. It doesn't matter if you're not flexible or fit.

If you've never done it before or never found a class you like, come along and try it out!!
I like to adapt to the students needs. After our meet we can work out what you want to get from it and hold classes to your desired practice!

The first class will begin at the CATANI GARDENS, St. Kilda.

This will be HATHA based; reducing stress, increased energy levels and muscle tone, flexibility and an overall sense of well being :)
Please bring a mat if you have one, if not, we can enjoy the feel of the grass instead.
