Buildings and urban landscapes are one of the few constants of our lives. If you woke up any day in the past hundred years, you could always cross the Danube on the Chain Bridge (apart from a few years during WW2).

In Budapest’s 8th district, we are confronted with the impermanence and the very slowly but constantly changing nature of our urban environment.

TEMPORARY 8TH, the thought provoking documentary of the Italian collective ZimmerFrei, presents this ambivalent district of Budapest to the viewer through the stories of its inhabitants and makes us think about our own fragile and temporary existence.

Join us for the screening and discussion of the film on Tuesday 19th March at 19:30 in Chocoroom.
