CouchSurfing is always growing, not only in members, but also in its functionality and philosophy. To keep up with all the good ideas everyone wants to implement, we need a team of cool people to come together and share their ideas and skills to strengthen the project. It's a think tank (and work camp, lol!) to rally our resources, get even more resources, and make the best use of the talented, dedicated people who really love CouchSurfing and want to invest in its future. CouchSurfing belongs to all of us and this is the place for everyone to work together to elevate our project to the next level. Here is your opportunity to be a part of something big! We will make meaningful connections and learn from each other--it's an ultimate surfing experience.

Organizing The Collective is no easy feat, and we need your help! We aim to provide participants with a centralized workspace, resources, food, and of course, host couches.
