CouchSurfing Collectives are held in order to bring participants together to improve the CouchSurfing website and grow our community. CouchSurfing's 5^th Collective was held with CouchSurfing's full-time employees and a group of volunteers in Thailand.

This Collective's goal was to build sustainable volunteer teams, who now operate on an on-going basis after the Collective has finished.
