Current Known Issues

PLEASE check this list before submitting your inquiry!
 This will help us better help those who have problems that are NOT listed here. Known issues that are currently creating problems for members include:
  • Validation e-mail not sent: If you just registered and have not received your validation e-mail yet, please submit your request below (select the category "Email problems" and include your username).
  • Moderator Status in Groups: It seems that moderators who make changes to group settings lose their moderator status when saving the changes. Please provide the link to the group when asking to be reinstated as moderator.
