Kazanlak (Bulgarian: Казанлък) is located in the middle of Bulgaria. The town is the center of rose oil extraction in Bulgaria and the oil-producing rose of Kazanlak is one of the most widely recognizable national symbols. The region around the town is checkered with many archaeological and historical monuments that give a unique charm to this small town. One of them is the Thracian Tomb, a piece of Bulgarian heritage, and is on the UNESCO World Heritage list.
In the center of the town's street "Iskra" № 4, is located Information Centre. There you can get a free city map and information about sights and places to stay. Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 9.00 - 18.00
Unfortunately, the center does not work on weekends, when is normal more tourists to come to town…
