This group was created for all the people interested in or living in the highest major city above the see level in all North America, the World Capital of Chorizo, the headquarters of The Red Devils (Diablos Rojos), the second city with more museums throughout Mexico, the city with the volcano which crater and lagoons can be reached by car, the "Mexican Detroit" and the coolest (coldest) place in Mexico during the whole year. Toluca is a place that is worth to visit at least for a while, not to mention the picturesque towns in the surroundings and their wide variety of folk parties and featured products.
