BAIXADA SANTISTA
Um passeio pela Baixada Santista é um mergulho nas nossas raízes históricas e no que o Brasil tem de mais privilegiado em termos de Áreas de reserva ambiental. No tocante à nossa História, as faixas litorâneas paulistas que vão de Guarujá a Peruíbe guardam as marcas dos primeiros núcleos de civilização em terras brasileiras, após a Bahia.
Na Estação Ecológica da Juréia / Itatins, que se atinge a partir de Peruíbe, pode-se apreciar trechos totalmente intocados da Mata Atlântica. Na Juréia, um dos mais ricos ecossistemas do planeta, a mata explode em toda a exuberância de sua flora e fauna.
A riqueza natural da Baixada Santista continua resistindo ao descuido do homem e é um claro exemplo de que é possível preservar, e até mesmo recuperar, fauna e flora da região, onde se encontram os últimos exemplares da Mata Atlântica.
A Baixada Santista é formada pelos municípios de Bertioga, Cubatão, Guarujá, Itanhaém, Mongaguá, Peruíbe, Praia Grande, Santos e São Vicente.

There are many and varied events, but we have a weekly fixed ALL the nights of Thursday (continuously since June 2012). Keep an eye on the messages posted here to know what is scheduled. It is always posted a message asking for the weekly meeting, as well as for all other events.

Há diversos e variados eventos, mas temos um encontro semanal fixo em TODAS as noites de quinta-feira (ininterruptamente desde de junho de 2012).
