Saying Hello to Ventura Folk, Let's Hang!

Ventura CS peeps,
I would like to introduce myself and invite you to hang! I am hitchhiking up to your fine county tomorrow. I have been traveling the USA for the past 8 months, writing and photographing as I go and sharing stories of the goodness of people, www.createourworld.net. I am looking to meet up with as many folks as I can along the way and learn about living!
I would love to learn about the area from some of you folks or meet for a brewskie or collaborate on living some life.
If anyone has any leads on a job, I would be grateful. I am going to try to make some money here. I am a photographer, writer, and counselor, yet am willing to do anything to make some dough. (Not anything...)
I might work at an organic farm in the area too.

hey ben,

i think we are about the only couch in the conejo valley (that place just across the county line where conservative home-owners frown upon hitch-hiking. it's just before you get to the farms in camarillo and the beach in ventura). we pick up hitch-hikers.

it's rustic here cuz we are constructing a house, but we share what we have, and we like beer. wine too. and we have a couch or 2 to offer, and some good conversation. we can swap pics of the lower ninth, and talk about good things.
