Let's support CR's first micro brewery! I'm going to reserve a tour for 1pm on Saturday, Feb 25. So I suggest you arrive before 1. I don't actually have the address/directions yet, but I'll make sure to get those out once I find out!

Okay everyone I just got some VERY important information today.

1. The tour is going to be at 2:00PM instead of 1pm. And they are very strict about people arriving ON TIME.
2. Only TEN people are allowed per tour.

SO, does anyone have any ideas on how to do this? We can now only have 10 people (really 8, since Oscar and I plan on it) going next week. On the event we have 15, plus a few maybes and guests. I don't want to just shut down the event. I need some ideas from the community on how to handle this.

(Sorry this information is coming late but I was busy all week at my new job.)

Crap.... :S I actually have a good friend´s b-day that same night that I was gonna miss because of the activity, but since this is the case, I will pass on this and concentrate on showing up at the potluck.

Perhaps you can handle it by counting those who reply first here! First come, first served kinda of thing???

So, send out a private e-mail to the people who RSVP explaining the situation and how they should reply to assure their seat, then those who reply first gets the spot... Just an idea...

No matter what, I will plan for another day for the same tour and I´ll invite folks around to come, I am sure that all this info is going to help us out in the future!

Thx for the effort Signe! ;)

Signe,

I can take the tour the next time. And I think a re-confirmation with car and who is taking who is a good idea. You know sometimes people express their interest and then they need to change their plans for whatever reason.

Well in this case I can't attend, I was planning on bringing 2 guests to the tour and then head to the Pablo Milanés free concert in La Sabana, but because of the timing and capacity of tour I rather cancel my participation for this one.

I will go to the Sabana event for sure.

I mean, I´ll be in La Sabana on Sat night for Milanés, and then on Sunday for the potluck :)

Okay Alex I'll count you in. Why isn't Jimena coming?? I'll send a message to all members right now and the first 7 to reply will be in. Hooray!

And we can pick you up at your house, Alex! Oscar says it's on the way=)
