Anyone cycling in Slovenia or Croatia?

We are two women cyclin along in Europe, started in Amsterdam this trip. We would love to meet up w fellow cycle tourers, although its a bit late in season. We should be on the coast of Slovenia in a few days.

We are now in Croatia. It's a perfect time to be here!! Heading across the Istria peninsula tomorrow to drop down into Bresleva.

Trying to get a gathering going on Cres Island if anyone is in the area!!

Dear Tamara and Christine - nice to see you are on the same route i was just a couple of weeks ago! Do go to Cres = yeah, no stress on Cres, baby!! The route was a nice smooth climb - loved it. Do stay at the camping site in Loni Masinj. Oh, Portoroz in Slovenia is worth at least a night there. Do stop at Lim Fjord. Firsh and seafood cuisine is to die for! Pula, Sibenik, i stop and fly back to Frankfurt from SPLIT. Have a great journey, girls! Happy trails. Queen

Still waitin to hear if you should meet up and tour Montenegro... Albania ...... Greece. I'll go only if you are fly back to Frankfurt and then on to USA. HOpe to hear from you soon. Otherwise, i'm packing up and go to the USA to get ready for my Mexico tour. Happy trails. Queen

I wrote to you ... We will stay here in Cres til Monday, then cycle down the island, catch ferry to the next island. Not sure of time frame. Can you meet in Zadar? Might be easier to plan for timing. The route you suggest sounds great!
