Northern Thailand January and February 2013

I'm looking for someone who would be interested in seeing Northern Thailand. I'm thinking trips of 3-4 days, using public transportation, and staying in local guest houses. I'm a foodie, so always looking for places with recommended restaurants and/or cooking schools. Markets are always a favorite pastime, as well. If anyone is interested, please send me a PM.
