HOW TO JOIN
Please read the following IMPORTANT information with attention (!)
HOW CAN I JOIN THE HAMBURG-MEETING?
Click on “EVENTS”. There you click first “Europe”, than click “Germany” and read the information.
THIS is the place to join.
Important: because of organizational reasons there has to be a DEADLINE:
29th of June 2008.
There is an option under this “Event” to tell if you already know you can join for sure or not, e.g. 20 %, 50 % or 100 %. Please, use that facility, and please, be aware of the deadline.
Joining after the deadline is only possible if it doesn't upset all plans.
There is also the possibility to click on “need couch” or “don't need couch”.
Please, answer this question! A click on “don't need couch” tells us you will stay at a ho(s)tel.
We will not book a hotel for you (sorry, we want to emphasize again that we are not an international travel agency).
With kindest greetings,
Lars, Maulwurf & Peter

WHERE CAN I GET MORE INFORMATION ABOUT THE MEETING?
That's quite simple.
We created a subgroup of “50 +”, called “50 + CS meeting in Europe 2008”.
In this subgroup you will find information about the meeting, not only about the weekend but also about travelling to Hamburg (Maulwurf has already posted different links about that on the thread 'Europe Meeting where?"), hotels etc.
When members get in touch with each other to plan a group-booking for a hotel, they might get a price reduction but they have to organise that on their own. One can use this thread to make appointments.
To avoid misunderstandings: the “50 + CS meeting in Europe 2008” is a subgroup, created only for information. When you want to post regarding this issue use this thread.
Another way for information is looking at the “Hamburg meeting” under the Events category. Please, check both frequently if you want to join.
Once everything is started you will get more information.
Welcome to the “50+-meeting” and be aware of the deadline (June 29) please.
With kindest greetings,
Lars, Maulwurf & Peter
