I am cycling so I would enter by bicycle... do you want to join?

as of now it looks like it getting to expensive to pay a guide with 20-30 usd per day!! no way!!

I might just fly from Bangkok for a two week trip.

From China you can enter only in boarder area... not all over the country...

keep me please updated with ur news!

I plan to enter there same time like you, around end of jan and begining of Feb... but not sure about that...
