Location: Places >> Central Asia >> Japan Visiting Sake Breweries Around Tokyo
Hello all! I would love to hear any experience with sake breweries here. Yes I am Japanese and you may wonder why I am asking you here in English. This is because I am coming back to Japan with a gaijin san. I have no idea which place has good amount of information available in English. I mean yes, of course I can translate everything but I just think it's more enjoyable if they have English information available as well. I think Masumi located in Nagano seems quite good so far, and they are not super commercial either. (http://www.masumi.co.jp/english/) but besides, does anyone have experiences visiting sake breweries? It would be great if it is not too far from Tokyo, like possibly I can go for a overnight trip or a day trip. I hope to find a sake brewery where people can watch sake making process. Any advice, website you recommend, etc if you have, please let me know! Thank you so much for the help in advance, Taka |
