The Irish American Heritage Festival brings together thousands of Chicago’s families, celebrating the best in Irish music, dancing, food, and cultural exhibits–fun for the entire family. The festival benefits the Irish American Heritage Center (IAHC) which is dedicated to recognizing and strengthening Irish American culture and heritage. The festival is held annually and attracts 12,000 people from all over the Midwest. The proceeds from the festival directly support the operating costs of the IAHC. Children under 12 are free, but only accompanied by an adult.
