Back again after more than a month! I had a dizzy spell which meant high sugar. I had stopped my diet and was slipping on my excersise, and had to pay the price! But now I am on a diet that Raj will be proud of: No sugar, no oil and very low carb. Only a bit of brown rice, two phulkas a day or jawari bhakri or methi chapati. No bread, white rice...I've dropped three kgs in a month and am walking in the garden for 30 mins a day. I continue almost daily yoga, and daily pranayama and meditation.
My eye sight was affected, so I couldn't read or use the computer, but now have glasses for long distance and upgraded my reading glasses, so I'm back!
