Hello , we are two roomates, a french girl and a venezulian boy,(26 and 29) and we are looking for two new roomates for 1er JANUARY!!!(one go to africa and an other come back to spain!) So, price is 425, (with electricity, water, internet all include). We are very friends with neighbors,and we like cook and eat together somtimes!it's a very friendly place!near METRO PARC and BUS 80, it's quiet. (and a we have little garden), don't hesitate to contact me to visit!

Just to know, is your offer still available for the 24th of january ?
For the moment I'm in contact with a german student, looking for something for 3 months from the 1st of february.
