The rent for the whole apartment is 1150$ and it will be divided by 4 people - you, me, and two other roommates (qui parle francais comme langue maternelle...moi, je le parle mais avec un grand accent).//le loyer est 1150$/mois, partager entre 4 colocs - toi, moi, et deux autres.

We have an amazing location - bus 24, and metros Beaudry and Berri-Uqam within walking distance.//on est pres de bus #24, et metro beaudry + metro berri uqam

Rooms are a nice size - yours will have a balcony!/les chambres sont grand - la tienne va avoir un balcon!

We share cleaning tasks each week, and I wouldn't mind sharing food and cooking together more often than we do now.//on partage le nettoyage...j'ai envie de cuisiner ensemble et partager la nourriture plus souvent

Looking for a young professional or student (I'm starting a master's in the fall and the other 2 roommates are working) who enjoys living with other people and is willing to take on some of the responsibility of signing the lease with me.//on cherche un professionelle ou etudiant!
