Well, they are all in ciudad de buenos aires, and if u have dollars or euros, you will be eating well for 5 or 10 dollars and very very very well with 20 dollars:

Los sabios, Corrientes 3733, very good and very cheap, only in the noon, the place its kind of old, but u can see that food its made with a lot of love!!!

Alma Zen, Malabia 484, also noon

Curcuma, Ramirez de Velazco 1427, noon and evening, gourmet food, very nice place.

Demetria, Ramallo 2626, all day, gourmet, expensive(maybe 20 dollars), but worth it, and the place its great.

Siempre verde, Arribeños 2127, in chinese neighbourhood

Some of them might have fish like an option, but it s not a problem at all!!!
