Posted April 29th, 2010 - 10:19 pm by  from Wellington, New Zealand (Permalink)Heres a couple of cheap vegetarian restaurants in La Paz: 752 Calle Murillo. 11Bs set lunch (usually a vegan option). 610 Calle Jiminez. 12Bs set lunch (with vegan option). At both places the set lunch is soup, salad, main (2 options), drink. It´s a lot of food so ask for a bag to take the rest away, for me its always been enough for dinner too :)

Posted May 25th, 2010 - 12:49 am by from Wellington, New Zealand (Permalink)the place on calle murillo also sells peanut butter, teas, crackers, popped amaranth, carne de soya, and other vege foods. i even bought tofu (queso de soya) there once and a vegan salteña :) they dont always have them though. |
