Dear Lucyna,
There are several Catholic Bibles in English. Here's a summary:
Douay-Rheims Bible - from the 17th century; like a Catholic equivalent of the King James Version
New American Bible - very popular in the US; done entirely by Catholic translators
Revised Standard Version, Catholic Edition - excellent translation by Protestant, Catholic, and Orthodox scholars
New Revised Standard Version, Catholic Edition - revision of the RSV; uses egalitarian language, e.g. Psalm 1 reads "Happy are those" instead of "Blessed is the man"
Jerusalem Bible - based on a French translation made by the Dominicans; I'm told it's very popular in Ireland
New Jerusalem Bible - revision of the Jerusalem Bible; uses egalitarian language
Knox Bible - scholarly translation intended to clarify passages in the Douay-Rheims Bible
Confraternity Bible - predecessor of the New American Bible
I hope this helps. Here are links to online Bibles:
http://drbo.org/
http://quod.lib.umich.edu/r/rsv/ (unfortunately, not the Catholic edition)
http://www.usccb.org/nab/bible/index.shtml
I recommend http://www.saintbenedictpress.com/ if you are looking for a Bible to purchase.
Patrick
