I am casting a wide net while seeking a cabin or house in the North East this winter from the 19th until the 26th (at least a couple days during this week). Although I am living in NYC and searching the Hudson Highland, Taughkanic's Catskill's, Adk's, Pocono's, Berkshire's and Greene's...

Maybe someone wants my room in the Bronx (15 minutes to Midtown) in exchange for a room in the woods? The location need not be near a Ski mountain, just something in the woods. I don't even need electricity, I am accustomed to wood, gas and outhouses.. can cary in/out food and water. I am able to rent something too, so for now I'd like to know if anyone has a suggestion, or a desire to swap for a week. I am willing to consider any region.
