Emergency, bankcard lost, on my way home, help appreciated!
Posted September 21st, 2009 - 4:17 pm by  from Beverwijk, Netherlands (Permalink)Hi, Unfortunately I have to abort my Around The World trip, due to the loss of my bank card and I also got a little bit ill - as the showers here are so fuckin' cold. Anyways, this is the current situation: 1. My bank card is gone. 2. Have only 40 euro with me in cash, enough to pay 2 more days hostel with breakfast. 3. I'm booked for 29 Sept. to fly back home, also on a waiting list from 23d on.. For the rest no idea.. the friend who runs my bank account back home is unreachable at this moment. So, probably can't send me any emergency money today. Tried to find the host here earlier, but unfortunately... Here is the deal: this is an emergency call! If you can offer me a place to stay and food for a couple of days, I'd not only be very grateful but I will also pay it back to you once I reach my home.
