Start-Up from Germany is looking for international partners

Its an app for iPhone and Android phones that is the first bonus program just for phones. You dont need plastic cards any longer to track your miles or your coffee card at Starbucks etc. Just the phone. We launched the business in Germany now with many stores and want to expand internationally now and are looking for business partners. You can own a part of our company, technology is already there. Please only emails from serious countries which already have a good amount of smart phones around.

I know some people there who are active in the tech startup scene (incubators, funds, startup weekend, etc). I remember meeting someone a while ago who was starting a trading platform where people could exchange airmiles for Starbucks credit, etc. If you're in the business of tracking these bonus programs, maybe you should think about adding this feature?
