Restaurant Business

Hi,

Im planning on gettung into the Restaurant business, and Im having difficulties with ths start. I would like help in the following:
Business Plan
List of equipment for kitchen
Kitchen setup
And any other tips I would need.
I would really appreciate your help.

Is there a business service in your local town that you could talk to who could offer advice and maybe connect you with a mentor who has experience with setting up a similar type of business? I think that's the best way to get started. You could also just talk to business owners in the area.

Online, read this: http://www.entrepreneur.com/article/73384 and do searches for "how to start a restaurant" or related phrases.

Restaurants are very tough businesses. Good luck!
