Happy New year everyone! 13 days into it and I hope everyone is on a track for success in whatever your goals and dreams may be. I wanted to come back with an idea, a possibility that could be a stepping stone and tool to help you reach that new year resolution have it be financial,health,leaving the "J-O-B" or freedom of time. I wanted to thank Lazarus Paulus, Beau Morely, fellow couch surfers who dug deeper, saw it, and are going for it!! We want to grow this team and are looking to keep this momentum growing in the world of couch surfing. So we are sending a shout out to the people in following countries
United States, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bermuda,Canada,Columbia, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Norway,Portugal, Russia, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland,Taiwan,Trinidad and Tobago, The Netherlands,Ukraine, and United Kingdom.

I've been working with this population for 12 years,and they NEVER cease to teach me, only hope I've planted a few seeds in their minds that will grow and help give them a greater sense that they can achieve and be more than people have chalked them up to be.

Hey VIC,
well, in a short version it's about Doing well, while Doing good. being able to feed the starving, or give a possible solution in health, giving someone a basic need in life and opening a door of dreams for them and in return receiving compensation that will open doors for yourself and allow you to reach goal, dream, or solve a problem you might have. My personal story is this. A few months back my wife and I had come as close to loosing our 2 year old daughter hopefully never to be repeated. To see your child blue and lifeless, and feel the emptiness of what life might be like without her was, well traumatic. While it was happening I had felt the presence of God letting me know it was going to be ok, he had it under control. Since then I thought about those families who don't have the luxuries and medical equipment so easily accessible to others. The families that watch their children simply fade. I knew I needed to do more. To fill a basic need such as hunger and give a child a fighting chance to live out their dreams is a start. So I am doing this, but to be able to do more is the next step. With money i earn from this I turn it around and give back again. When you can GIVE BACK and Give BACK BIG, there are amazing things that happen your life.

Thanks for stepping out and working to make a change!! met so many who just talk about it, but never move on it.. seems to get filed into "someone else problem". Anyway, thanks for the links, I'll be checking them out. I am gonna send ya clip of what I've been involved with runs in the boat of helping others, and giving something to pay the bills, or have extra to do more good!
