Tours N Travels business without investment

I mean is to offer tours of unexploited & virgin places which are not offered by regular Tour companies but promise good potential. I wish to have tie ups with like minded people who wish to have some extra income and can design a full surface package tour (Including hotel stay, meals, local transportation, & virgin sight seeings). The package must have a day reserved for aligning with local culture, local music / dance and local food of that particular country. All we need to do is to contact local service providers, get a customized package tour showing the culture of your country. This package deal must be cheaper by minimum 40% of prices offered by regular tour companies. Lets share such information among us and earn some extra income through this system. Any suggestions & comments are most welcome

I run a marketing & sales company specialized in travel and there is increasing demand for alternative and original experiences. But there is very little on offer and by very small providers. That makes it difficult/risky to bundle with other products (hotel/etc), and most providers do not do tours for smaller groups, e.g. two people (only bigger groups) and if they do, the tours become unaffordable for the mainstream. And nowadays less and less people travel in groups. I would be interested in sharing ideas, and maybe creating a community where small alternative tour providers could list their products for tour operators and independent travel agencies (and why not for consumers to find as well). I know there are a few sites out there but the quality does not convince me. Furthermore, the tours should be designed to meet the requirements of modern travel habits and those that sell/promote the trips.

I feel proud to inform you all of you that i got my first success. I got very interesting message with full details from one guy from Sri Lanka. His details made me to travel to Sri Lanka (He sponsered my trip) twice and made me to check all tourits points, hotels, Veg/Non Veg food and local transportation etc. after our mutual labour put in we are ready with one package which is prices lowest than other rival company. Now I am sending first group of 20 tourists from India to Sri Lanka and I hope to make it hit package. Our package is of 5N/6 Days and includes 2 nights stay at wonderful beach resorts at Negombo, 2 nights in hill stations at Nuwerea Eliya & one night stay at Kandy. This package includes stay in 3/4 star hotels with B'fast & Dinner, All transportation by Toyota/Nissan A/c vehicals, sight Seeing, Services of our tour guide etc. This is best for just married couples for Honeymoon, persons looking for holidays to enjoy Nature, beaches and Sri Lankan food. Friends in order to cut down costs and to make it cheaper & affordable we have designed this package as a group package and minimum group must be of 15 persons. There is logistics of travel to put together and the other side be able to provide the services they promised.
