Help needed and babysitting

I want to go to USA, I applied for Work and Travel program n at the very last minute my employer refused to confirm documents to organizators. Can please someone help me with summer job and filling a Job Offer form for me? I also would like to work as LIVE-OUT BABYSITTER.
