Ich heiße Miriam und ich komme aus Kanada. Ich habe jetzt meine Magister auf Umweltwissenschaft. Ich habe die deutsche Anti-Atomkraft Bewegung und warum Leute protestieren studiert. Hi everyone,
I'm Miriam, from Canada. I just got my Master's in Environmental Studies from York University in Toronto. I studied the German anti-nuclear movement and, specifically, why people become involved in protest. I spent the summer of 2011 in Germany interviewing Greenpeace volunteers in Konstanz, where I lived, Stuttgart, Freiburg, Frankfurt, Berlin, and Hamburg. I love Berlin and it would be great if I could find a job there. I'm trying to find something environmentally/energy related. I have experience in the wind energy industry and I've done lots of environmental writing. If anyone has any suggestions or connections to anyone in this sector, send me a message. Hey Miriam,

I'm similarly a little bit of a nerd (electrical and biomedical engineering), and moving to Berlin in the next two weeks.

How is your job hunt going?

I'm also interested in finding work in a similar field.

I've been doing a lot of research trying to find organizations around town that fit my interests. This probably isn't directly a good source of jobs, but it might be a good place to do some networking:
