Conversational Spanish

Hola! I have a beginner's knowledge of Spanish but would like to become more fluent because I plan to travel to Spain. I've tried MeetUps before, but am often intimidated by the advanced level of some of the speakers. Does anyone know of any private tutors in Philly or anyone who would be interested in Spanish conversation one-on-one? I learn better by immersion. I just want to get out there and start talking :-) Any recommendations are greatly appreciated. Thanks so much!

Hello Kali.
Try doing a search on craigslist.
Also, maybe it is not a bad idea if you come to the meeting on Thursday. You may find somebody there who can be your tutor or people you could meet later one on one. Also, I don't mind meeting with you and helping you with your Spanish (at no cost), but my schedule is very irregular.

Thanks so much! The only reason I can't make it to Thursday's meeting is because I'll be out of town. I'll keep my eyes open for any future meetings though. I will try craigslist as well. I appreciate your help. Since your schedule is irregular I'll try to see what I can come up with first. Thanks again!
