Canoeing/kayaking this summer
Posted May 18th, 2011 - 4:54 pm by from Brentwood, United States (Permalink)The Nashville CS group is doing a quick and dirty last-minute canoe trip on Friday, May 20th on the Harpeth River, just outside of Nashville. Come one, come all! If you don't have a canoe or a kayak, there are rentals to be had. Check out http://www.foggybottomcanoe.com/ or http://www.tip-a-canoe.com/ for rental prices. We're planning on meeting at the Narrows of the Harpeth put-in (If the Narrows put-in is closed, we're putting in at Gossett Tract) at 10 pm sharp, and we're going to stop for a picnic lunch about halfway. Be sure to pack water and sunscreen, and please RSVP!
