Looking for a place to stay at U Sussex during a conference

Hi all! I'm an American student heading over to the UK, and I'm planning to attend two days of the Rural History 2010 Conference (ruralhistory2010.org) just before my academic term at University of Nottingham starts. I have been a bit confused about how to search on CS for British geographic regions (what with your shires and your boroughs and all!) so I thought I'd post here ... anyone willing to give me a place to crash for the night of 13th September while I'm at the conference? Thanks a ton in advance! -Garrett

Hi Garrett,

I unfortunately can't host, but would recommend you try posting on the "Brighton & Hove" group, as it is more active than this one. You may also try the University of Sussex page, where some small adds are posted by faculty and students (http://www.sussex.ac.uk/students/newsandevents/smallads/) - perhaps you'll find something there?
