Room for rent in a apartment in Gesundbrunnen!

I have two rooms to offer for rent from 15th Feb in my 3 room apartment. One room is around around 12m^2 furnished and other is bigger around 20m^2 which is not furnished..Right now there are two friendly cats in the apartment who will also be moving in mid march.. The apartment is located right across from the park Humboldthain It is quiet but central (3 tram stops to Friedrichstrasse). Less than 10 minutes walk to S / U Gesundbrunnen (600m) or S-Humboldt Park (400m). There are plenty of shopping opportunities (eg in real Gesundbrunnencenter, Kaufland, Lidl, Emperor, Norma can be reached in 10 min.) Let me know if you are interested.. thanks.. Bala
