ok, im gonna report on this.
stayed for one week on the south-west coast.
I had a hard week, I could find a bio shop just on the very last day in Bergen (should have looked it up before leaving where to find bio shops...)
about normal supermarkets (which are extremely expensive), besides the common veggies, nuts, fruits and beans, do not expect to find a lot, actually, pretty much nothing.
Had troubles sometimes to find even peanut butter.
Things like tofu, spreads etcetc weren't to be found in any normal supermarket.
the bio shop had indeed a wide shelf assortment.
