Personnaly, my favourite one is Saveurs veget'halles. Tien hang is not bad also (and cheap). I have to go to vegan folies one day, the cooker is one of the administrator of this lovely website <3
As you may know, vegetarism is not as well accepted in France than in England... Eating in a "normal" restaurant is sometimes possible but rarely good (and absolutely not balanced).
I can't host you on the 24 because I have 5 hosts this night ^^" but then it can be possible :)
