I have been to Prague last year and I can recommend the Restaurant/Bar/Club Radost FX (http://radostfx.cz). It's a vegetarian restaurant but I think there are vegan options as well. The burger are really good and are among the best veggie burgers I've ever eaten. Because you have so many different options for your burger, everyone should find something what he/she likes. And the location is also very unique, nevertheless it is not too expensive.
