Well,mister,here are my favourite dishes as well as drinks:
1)couscous served with stewed veggies
2)kidney bean,mung bean,basmati rice,broccoli.
3)nachos con salsa de tomate
4)oatmeal with soy milk and rasberry jam
5)dried fruits and nuts
6)whole grain toast with peanut butter(you can also slice bananas and add them to your sandwich),whole grain toast with avocado and tomatoes
7)green tea with lime and mint ; tea(coffee) with cinnamon ,clove,ginger soymilk.
Various smoothies.
9)spaghetti with baked tofu and mushroom sauce
It feels like I have forgotten sth but still I hope you enjoy it!

Millet with sweet fruits... bananas, apples, pears, raisins, oranges and/or many others!!! With a not-so-little bit of cardamon/cinnamon. Ohhh!
