Stuttgart

I am coming by train via Paris,where I will find a home for 3 nights. Eurostar to Paris and TGF to Stuttgart. What better way of travelling than for a railway child.
I look forward to meeting everyone. Can anyone play crib? Rummicup? Pontoon?

I love Scrabble. I play Lexulous on Facebook and play in Eliters at yahoo games. Bridge is my favorite, though. I think more young Europeans play it these days...I see a few on the Bridge Addict group.

Hi all, I found a couch just outside Stutgart in Sindelfingen at the first try, so I leave the ones near the center free for others, as I am coming by car.

@Aarnexia. Great that you are coming too.

@Saramandaia & Aussieland. I am a Scrabble fan, although I have not played it for years.Where are you staying in France, Sharon ?
I have been looking at places in France but have just heard that Chris and Glen fly back via Amsterdam and want to stay here on the 22nd of Sept, so I will not leave for France until after the Stuttgart meeting. Which really is the right thing to do, so I won't be exhausted in Stuttgart.:-) I wanted to start out half Sept.and try out how far I could get in France driving several days in a row, which I have never done before.But now I'll start off in Stuttgart.
I am getting a little excited by now as there are several people coming that I have met before or would like to meet.

Can you see me from there, Cadence?:) I was, indeed, rolling my eyes. And remembering being pregnant with my first child. She was due April 15, and I was quite sure she would come early. A friend threw the I Ching and seemed to confirm that, and an astrologer friend told me I would have an Aries baby...boy. My Taurus daughter was born on May 2.

I was really looking forward to seeing you...next time. Maybe I'll ally myself with Carla and Aarnexia and we'll hoist something to you:)

Hi Cadence, what a pity you will give Stuttgart a miss!
But I can completely understand that you would not miss the birth of your grandchild, and that you are going with your ( or your daughter's ) gut feeling . I am looking into buying a world ticket and want to come back to the States too, so maybe we meet somewhere nearer home.

Thank you for the link. I searched in lots of places....now I belong and printed the programme. I know how it is to plan things.... and for the problem of indecisive people!!

I didn't leave England this year yet. Lots and lots of other good things happened. I am looking forward to 3 days in Paris and my train rides. I am a railway child. I am going on trains to York this weekend.
