Advice on natural places, camping, CSing in rural areas

Hello all,
I just arrived in Italy last night and am here for a few weeks or a month. I am mostly interested in spending my time in natural places, camping, and staying with hosts living in rural areas.

Any suggestions?

I know there must be some remote free beaches to camp on- where are they? How about farms I can stay on? Or are there any hosts who would be available to host us ( I am traveling with another girl from CS)?

I have been living in Kathmandu, Nepal for 3 years now and i am dreaming of nature, Italian food, summer fruits, fields, sea, hiking...

I am on a really tight budget and want to avoid touristic areas...you advice will be really helpful!
