If someone has too much time on his hands he could send every CSer in Berlin a notification ;) But being more realistic, maybe it's possible that moderators of for example the groups of the individual quarter send out a notification to all? Or is it in any way possible to send an automatic message to all in Berlin? I did receive some very occasionally.

from Berlin, Germany (Permalink)wouldnt it be better to call this group "Berlin Berlin" - so other couchsurfers in other cities could do the same thing and call themselves "Paris Paris" - maybe this way it could get popular to creat own alternative groups everyone can find easyly.

The best way to proceed would be, if nothing changes, to send out general bilingual notifications to the members of the subgroups of all the quarters, since most active CSers in Berlin are also a member of the subgroup of their quarter.
Links to those subgroups would also be very welcome in this group, I would say.
