I was to go replying a CS message and now it shows me: you have no messages in this folder.
And I surely had messages in there in the past 6 years....

That of the unopened mail happened to me with some message sent by somebody who has been flagged as "spammer".
Sometimes messages from those people gets suspended and sometimes they get delivered later.

It happened that I had to go back in my folder of months before finding the unopened message (that I just received, but with the original date).

That could be the case. Or it could be the case that they are messing up...
